CD Review: Divine Jazz – Compilation

divine-jazz

If you are a jazz fan who enjoys spreading the jazz gospel and especially into ‘smooth jazz’, this Divine Jazz album is for you.

If you like The Crusaders (Soul Shadow), Bob James and Earl Klugh (Kari). Lee Ritenour (West Bound), Jonathan Butler (Living My Dream), these are some of the artists and their tunes on this 16-track CD.

I was happy to see the inclusion of Eliane Elias, Keiko Matsui and Rick Braun among the list of artists.
This is a great social occasion album, so if you are having friends around or you are looking for some laid-back easy-to-listen-to jazz, or are contemplating an evening including some type of conquest, this CD will help set the tone.

South African readers, I am assured by Gallo/Sheer Sound that the album is available from both Musica and Look & Listen stores.
